Manager Security & Transport: 0300-4697574 / +92-42-111-205-205 Ext.365. | Submit sealed bids marked "SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES" to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital on or before 2026-10-20 by 14:00. Bids will be opened at the COO office in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. | Earnest Money/Bid Security: Rs.100,000 per vehicle by Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque in favor of Businessmen Hospital Trust. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 2026-11-16. Successful bidder's earnest money will be adjusted against purchase price; balance due within 5 working days of acceptance. |
All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges and other expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder. Vehicles will be handed over after receipt of full payment and completion of required formalities. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
