Virtual University Tender for SMS (IT) Services — Tender No. VU/26-27/09/900

The Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through EPADS v2.0 for Short Message Services (SMS) (IT). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 and in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Key instructions:

- Bidders must be registered with tax authorities on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
- Register and submit bids electronically at EPADS v2.0: https://epads.gov.pk.
- Tender documents are also available at: https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders and on the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk), but bids will be accepted only through EPADS v2.0.
- Bid Security (if applicable) must be uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS v2.0 and the original Bid Security, along with one hard copy of the sealed bid, must be submitted physically to the Virtual University of Pakistan on or before the bid closing date and time.
- Bids without the prescribed Bid Security (where required) will be rejected. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
