Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi E-Tender: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Graveyard Khayaban-e-Sir Syed (UC-12)

Issuer: Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Purpose: E-Tender for rehabilitation/improvement works at Graveyard Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, Rawalpindi (UC-12).

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 2026-10-26 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by the Tender Opening Committee via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Punjab E-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders may attach registration documents/certificates (PEC, GST, PST, etc.). All procurement will be conducted through E-Procurement; manual bids or manual bid security instruments will not be accepted.

Bid security & performance guarantee: Electronic bid security of 5% is required to be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA instructions. The lowest/successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance security of 10% of the contract cost; earnest money/bid security retained electronically through the E-Procurement System.

Additional notes: Bidders must quote rates against each item in the BOQs and indicate total bid amount including applicable taxes. PPRA rules will be strictly applied. If a scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
