Issuer: University of Gujrat, Hafiz Hayat Campus. Tender No: UG/OP/2026-27/F&E/01. The University invites e-bids on a single-stage two-envelope basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for procurement of equipment and furniture from reputed, registered firms with valid tax registration and relevant experience.
Bid submission and opening will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents and details can be downloaded from the University website (www.uog.edu.pk) and PPRA/ep portals. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted via Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in the name prescribed by the e-Procurement System. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation as per rules.
