Sadiq Public School Auction: Shops, Canteens & Services – 26 Oct 2026

Sadiq Public School invites reputable individuals and firms to participate in an open auction for shops, canteens, stalls and services for a period of three (3) years starting w.e.f. 2027-01-01. The open auction will be held on 26 October 2026 at 11:30 a.m.

Key terms: successful bidders must execute an agreement and deposit the prescribed security deposit. All food/refreshment outlets must maintain high standards of hygiene and sell only School-approved items; prices, quality and quantity are subject to school approval and monitoring. All staff engaged by the bidder require School Administration approval. Subletting, transfer or assignment is prohibited; printed/MRP items must not be sold above marked price. No alterations or structural modifications without prior written approval. All utility charges, taxes, wages, operational expenses and other liabilities are the bidder's responsibility. The School may terminate contracts for breach of terms, misconduct, poor quality, hygiene issues, overcharging, non-payment of dues or acts against the School's interest. Interested bidders may visit the premises before the auction. Participation constitutes acceptance of the School's terms and the Principal's decision is final. The School reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or withdraw any or all bids.
