Issuer: Chief Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMc). Purpose: National competitive procurement of Rickshaw Loaders from reputed manufacturers, companies, authorized distributors/dealers and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department.
Bidding documents will be made available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS/e-procurement portal. Technical bids will be opened on the same day through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their authorized representatives. Submission on the EPADS portal shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
