Sadiq Public School Auction of Shops, Canteens & Stalls — 26 October 2026

Sadiq Public School invites reputable individuals/firms to an open auction for shops, canteens, stalls and services to be held on 26 October 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Leases will be awarded for a period of three (03) years.

Key terms: The contracts will commence w.e.f. 1 January 2027 for three years, subject to execution of the agreement and deposit of the prescribed security. All food and refreshment outlets must maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, sell only school-approved items, and follow prices, quality and quantity as approved and monitored by the School Administration. Staff engaged by successful bidders require prior approval by the School Administration.

No shop, stall, canteen or service may be sublet, transferred or assigned. Prohibited/inappropriate items must not be sold. Printed/MRP items shall not be sold above the marked price. No structural alteration or construction is permitted without prior written approval of the School Administration. All utility charges, taxes, wages, operational expenses and other liabilities related to the business/service will be borne by the successful bidder. The School may terminate any contract for breach of terms, misconduct, poor quality, hygiene issues, overcharging, non-payment of dues or any act against the School's interest.
