| Eligibility & Conditions | Firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Prospective bidder or authorized representative must present original CNIC with a photocopy at inspection/auction. All applicable government taxes payable by successful bidder. Estate Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. Estate Office employees are not eligible to participate. |
