Issuer: Sadiq Public School. Open auction for shops, canteens, stalls and services to be leased for a period of three (03) years w.e.f. 1 January 2027, subject to execution of agreement and deposit of the prescribed security deposit. Auction date and time: 26 October 2026 at 11:30 a.m.

Interested, reputable and experienced individuals/firms may participate. Bidders may visit the premises to satisfy themselves regarding the nature and scope of the business/service before participating.

Key terms: all food outlets must maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sell only school-approved items; prices, quality and quantity subject to school approval and monitoring. All staff/workers engaged by the successful bidder are subject to school approval. No subletting, transfer or assignment allowed; printed/MRP items must not be sold above marked price. No structural alterations without prior written approval. All utility charges, taxes, wages and operational expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder. The school may terminate any contract for breach, misconduct, poor quality, hygiene issues, overcharging, non-payment of dues or acts against the school's interest. Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of the school's terms and conditions; the Principal's decision is final. The school reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or withdraw the auction.
