Adamjee Insurance: Sealed-Bid Sale of 20 Salvage Vehicles — Deadline 2026-10-16

Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. invites sealed bids for the sale of 20 salvage/company-maintained vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Inspection is permitted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at Plot #4444, Block E, Gulberg-II, Lahore.

Key terms:

1. Reserve price will be displayed on each vehicle.

2. Participants must deposit Rs. 40,000 per vehicle as token money; refundable if bid is unsuccessful. The token money will be adjusted against the sale price for the successful bidder and will be confiscated if payment is not made by the stipulated date.

3. Participants should examine vehicle files/documents before submitting bids. Overwriting or cutting on bid forms will lead to rejection.

4. Successful bidders must make payment by payorder(s), receive vehicle documents on or before the last date of payment, and have the vehicle(s) transferred to their or their nominee's name before taking delivery.

5. All transfer charges, taxes and duties leviable by government departments shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Withholding Tax (WHT) will be charged at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers on the offered price.

7. Capital Value Tax (CVT) @ 01% of the amount (i.e., offered price + 10% WHT). Vehicles having displacement of 1300 CC and below are excluded from CVT.

8. The company reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
