PEZDMC Tender: 3rd-Party Vetting Consultant for Malir Industrial Park Infrastructure (ID 11/2026)

Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd invites sealed proposals from eligible consultancy firms to provide a 3rd-party vetting consultant for infrastructure development works at Malir Industrial Park (M-9/N-5 Link Road). Firms must hold a valid PEC license and have prior experience in infrastructure works for industrial parks, SEZs, industrial estates or housing societies.

RFP documents available from 09 July 2026 on submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable RFP fee (Rs.10,000) by pay order; firms must produce valid PEC, FBR and SRB registration certificates. Submit sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to the PEZDMC Secretariat by 14:00 on 2026-07-23. Technical bids will be opened at 14:30 the same day; financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be called later.
