BISE Abbottabad Tender Notice — E-Bids for Stationery, Machinery & Sports Items

Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Abbottabad invites e-bids via ePADs under KPPRA Rules for supply of stationery, machinery & equipment and sports items for the Board.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender documents available from the Admin Section (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00) after publication upon payment of Rs.2,000 (non-refundable) in favor of Secretary, BISE Abbottabad. Documents may also be downloaded from ePADS/KPPRA websites.

- Bids must be submitted online through ePADS. Original Bid Security (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted bid value must be furnished. No hard copies of bids/documents will be accepted except the original CDR where required.

- Bids must be uploaded on ePADS and will be received until 2026-10-29 at 14:00; bids will be opened on 2026-10-29 at 14:30 in accordance with KPPRA rules and ePADS procedures.

- Suppliers must submit an undertaking on legal, valid & attested stamped paper (Rs.100) that the firm is not blacklisted by any government department/agency.

- Liquidated damages: 0.5% of contract price per week or part thereof for delays, up to a maximum of 10% of the contract price.

- Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for 45 days from the date of bid opening. Incomplete, conditional or late bids will be rejected as per KPPRA Rules.
