DHA Karachi Notice: Transfer Request for Plot No.153, Khayaban-e-Khalid (Deceased Mussarat Rafi)

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi announces that Mrs. Mussarat Rafi (widow of Mian Muhammad Rafi), R/o House No.70 & 71, Al-Hamra Cooperative Housing Society, Karachi, expired on 15 March 2022. Her share in Plot No.153, Khayaban-e-Khalid, Phase VIII-A (approx. 2,000 sq. yards) is proposed for transfer.

The legal heirs—Mst. Nazia Maqbool (daughter), Mr. Shams Rafi (son), and Mr. Salman Rafi (son)—have applied for the transfer. Anyone having a claim or objection should notify the Director Transfer & Record, DHA Karachi in writing within 15 days, after which no claim will be entertained.
