Key conditions and requirements:

- Bid security: 2% CDR in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Orakzai Forest Division. Bidders to submit affidavit and sealed envelope before closing time.
- Mandatory credentials: valid PEC registration (CE-10), federal seed certification, KPPRA enlistment, and active taxpayer status for the current financial year.
- Joint ventures are not allowed. Bids 10%–20% below estimate require 8% additional security; bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential plus detailed justification. Incomplete, late, conditional, manual or mismatched bids will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids per KPPRA rules.
