Shareholders are informed that unpaid right entitlements relating to the right issue of 44,814,452 ordinary shares at PKR 10 per share (ratio 81 right shares for every 100 ordinary shares held) were credited in book-entry form to CDS accounts of members on October 14, 2026, for those on the register at close of business on October 12, 2026. Physical Unpaid Letters of Right will be dispatched to shareholders holding physical shares on October 16, 2026.
