Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). Purpose: Corrigendum and invitation to submit e‑bids through EPADS v2.0 for outsourcing, operation, management, maintenance and commercialization of IT Park Islamabad under Tender No. A(01)/PSEB/2026-27 C-2. Addendum No.1 to the Bidding Document has been issued and is available on EPADS v2.0 and the PSEB website. Bidders must prepare proposals accordingly.
Key changes published in Addendum No.1:
1. The Minimum Guaranteed Payment (MGP) has been withdrawn; bidders shall quote the Revenue Share percentage on Gross Revenue only.
2. Performance Security is now fixed at PKR 280,000,000 (instead of 2.5% of contract amount).
3. Other amendments and responses to bidders' queries are provided in Addendum No.1.
