Cantonment Board Wah: Notice of Heirs and Proposed Transfer of Property No. 654-B, Lala Rukh Wah Cantt

The Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment notifies that according to its records Property No. 654-B (Sarda No. 16) situated at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt was owned by Syed Saghir Hussain Shah (son of Syed Manwar Hussain Shah), who died on 2025-05-06. NADRA Registration Certificate No. 300031011088 dated 2025-07-28 declares the persons named in that certificate as the legal/sharia heirs, and those persons have applied to have the property rights transferred into their names.

Any person with a bona fide objection must submit their objection with proof in writing to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment within 15 days of this notice’s publication; otherwise the Board will proceed with the transfer and no later pleas will be accepted.
