State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC), Engineering Department, Head Office Karachi (Ref: ED/PROC-HOK/1241249/2026) invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
Procurement: Upgrade a PARK system for integration.
How to obtain documents: E-bidding documents, including terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
Procurement method: Single Stage–Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.
Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security (amount as stated in the e-bidding documents). A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded in EPADS when submitting the bid. The original Bid Security must be submitted to the procuring agency at the address below before the bid opening deadline; failure to submit the original will result in disqualification.

Submission & opening: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the date/time specified in the bidding documents. E-bids will be opened via EPADS v2.0 on the scheduled date/time. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
Note: Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register on the system to participate.
