How to apply: Visit PHC website (www.phc.org.pk) for detailed job descriptions and to download the challan form. Application fees: Rs. 2,000 (non‑refundable) for positions at Sr.#1 & 2; Rs. 1,000 (non‑refundable) for positions at Sr.#3 & 4, to be deposited per challan instructions. For Cleaner positions (Sr.#5) submit the prescribed application with a passport-size photograph, updated CV, copy of valid CNIC and a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 500 (non‑refundable) in favor of "Punjab Healthcare Commission" to the PHC Head Office in Lahore.
Additional instructions: Online applications must include a scanned copy of the paid challan. Internal government/semi‑government/autonomous body employees should apply through proper channel and attach a fresh NOC from the issuing authority. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. PHC reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or reject any application.
