Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD) Lahore invites sealed/e-bids for a framework contract for supplies related to Beta Thalassaemia testing and HPLC-based testing systems and controls. Bidding will follow the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended up to date).

Key instructions: Interested bidders with established technical, managerial and financial credentials may obtain bidding documents from the office of the undersigned or download from the PPRA/e-Procurement portal. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall apply. Original bid security (CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from scheduled bank) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender title before the e-bid submission deadline in the office of the Director General, PTGD, Lahore; e-bids must be uploaded as PDF files to the Punjab e-Procurement System. Conditional tenders will be rejected. In case the opening date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. The Director General, PTGD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids according to PPRA Rules 2014. Applicable taxes (Income Tax/GST) will be deducted as per rules.
