Regional Director, Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), Gulzar-e-Quaid Rawalpindi, advises the public and prospective purchasers to buy plots only in PHATA-approved Affordable Private Housing Schemes (APHS) and to verify scheme approval details before any sale or purchase.
Buyers must confirm the approved Layout Plan (LOP), total land area and plot details for the scheme via the official verification portal. PHATA will not be responsible for any sale or purchase made in an unapproved scheme or in any area that is not part of the approved Layout Plan.
