CDA Tender: Illumination, Beautification & Up‑Gradation of Quaid Portrait on Islamabad Expressway

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Street Lights Division invites electronic bids through EPADS System 2.0 under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for electrical and mechanical works.

Eligibility and documents: Firms must be enlisted with EPAD, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence with appropriate category and codes, an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical & mechanical works in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and NTN & GST registration with FBR. Bidders must upload readable PDF bids on EPADS2.0 in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 (Rule‑36(b)). No hard/manual bids are acceptable.

Bid security: Earnest money must be furnished as a Deposit at Call (CDR) generated from the firm’s account and clearly indicating the firm’s name, issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Deputy Director, Street Light Division‑II, CDA. The original CDR must be submitted at the office (Shop No.01, Bazar No.08, Street No.57, Sector G‑6/4, Islamabad) before closing hours on 2026-11-02.

Other requirements: Submit an undertaking on stamp paper duly attested by a notary public (stamp value not less than Rs.100) confirming the authenticity of technical bid documents and that the firm is not involved in litigation or blacklisted. Tenders will be opened on EPAD2.0 in the office of Director E&M (Maint) at the stated address on the schedule date in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives.
