Issuer: Director General / Education, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites e‑proposals from reputable national firms, companies or joint ventures with relevant experience in the education sector for the disposal/outsourcing of seven Railway‑managed schools on a Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) model on a Right‑of‑Use (ROU) basis.

Concession: The concession period shall be 30 years, including 02 years mobilization period.
Eligibility & requirements: Participation is open to reputable national firms/companies/JVs with relevant experience in education. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Electronic bidding will follow the two‑envelope procedure and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules as applicable.
Submission & bidding documents: Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal. E‑bidding documents and detailed terms, conditions and requirements are available to registered bidders at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and on EPADS v2.0. Search using Disposal Activity ID No. D11097.
Deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before Wednesday, 2026-11-18 at 02:00 PM local time. Bids will be opened online the same day at 02:30 PM.
