Tender: Solar Agriculture Tube Well and Flood‑Protection Works — Local Govt & Rural Development, Killa Saifullah

The Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Killa Saifullah, invites sealed tenders from eligible firms/contractors for civil works under the Government of Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended).

Eligibility: Firms must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (relevant category and specialization codes) and be registered with tax authorities (FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority) and appear on active taxpayer lists. Firms must have relevant experience and turnover; single entities and joint ventures may apply where permitted.

Procurement method: Single‑stage, two‑envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available from the office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development, Killa Saifullah, against payment of the non‑refundable document fee. Bidding documents can be viewed on the BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk).

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed form from a scheduled bank (as specified in the bidding documents).

Submission and opening: Bids (electronic where indicated for e-bid packages) must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
