Issuer: JS Bank Limited. Suit No. (Banking-27) of 2026 filed in the High Court of Sindh at Karachi under Section 9 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
Purpose: Recovery of Rs. 111,818,545.56 plus cost of funds from date of default, markup as ordered by the Court, sale of mortgaged property and other reliefs. Defendants are summoned to obtain leave to defend the suit within 30 days from service.
