Application submission: Candidates may submit applications by hand or by registered post to the office of the Administrator, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sangghi, Rahim Yar Khan. Applications received after the closing time/date will not be entertained.
Required attested documents include: Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation), HSSC/Pre-Medical result card, Punjab Domicile (or acceptable domicile certificate), character certificate, CNIC of candidate and father/guardian, four recent passport-size photographs, original fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner/government medical officer, disability certificate (if applicable) and equivalence certificates for foreign qualifications where applicable.
Admission Entry Test: A single paper of 100 MCQs covering English (25 MCQs), Biology (25 MCQs), Chemistry (25 MCQs) and Physics (25 MCQs). Time allowed: 2 hours. The test will start at 10:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 noon on 2026-10-30 (Friday).
Merit calculation: SSC/Equivalent – 10%; HSSC (Pre-medical)/Equivalent – 40%; Institutional Entry Test / MDCAT 2026 – 50%.
Form fee and submission deadline: Admission form cost Rs. 1,000. Last date for submission of applications: 2026-10-28 (up to 12:00 noon).
