Punjab Seed Corporation invites online bids from registered companies/firms under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for hiring of Third‑Party Services for Skilled/Unskilled Manpower under a one‑year framework contract, extendable by one year subject to satisfactory performance and approval.
Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date for submission. Bid security must be submitted online via PSID generated on the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Punjab Seed Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
