Military Engineer Services (MES) — Notice of Tender for Pre-qualification and Tender Issuance (GHQ Rawalpindi)

Military Engineer Services (MES), HQ DW&CE (DP), GHQ Rawalpindi invites applications with credentials for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for multiple civil, mechanical, electrical and allied works under PPRA Rules 2004.

Eligible works include construction, renovation, rehabilitation, HVAC/dehumidification systems, roads, supply & repair of vehicles, stationery procurement and other facilities across cantonments and military sites. Firms must supply project details, work orders, locations and completion certificates with applications.

Key eligibility and application information:

- Firms must be registered with PEC in appropriate categories (examples listed include C-2 to C-5) with validity as required; MES enlistment or pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi is preferred.

- Firms must provide satisfactory completion certificates, work orders, locations and photographs of completed projects. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works is required.

- Bid security (refundable) and other financial requirements apply as per tender conditions. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA rules.
