Issuer: Additional Chief Engineer, 5 Corps (Liaquat Barracks), Karachi. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for the listed civil/electrical works within the area of responsibility of ACE 5 Corps.

Pre-qualification requirements: firms/contractors must submit the following with their application to obtain tender documents:
- MES enlistment certificate/letter (Category 'A' to 'D').
- PEC registration valid up to 2027-06-30.
- Active Income Tax registration certificate.
- List of completed and ongoing works (include details: works executed during last two years and works in hand, agency, contract amount, time allowed, dates of commencement/completion, percentage progress of works in hand, and departmental performance reports from the Engineer-in-Charge).
Submission and opening: Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms. Completed tenders must be received by the Accepting Officer, Additional Chief Engineer 5 Corps, by 2026-10-29 at 11:30 hours; tenders will be opened at 12:00 hours on the same day. Firms may be present at the time of opening.
Other terms: Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with under Para-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Interested parties may contact the Additional Chief Engineer 5 Corps' authorized representative during office hours for further details.
