PEZDMC Tender: Hiring 3rd-Party Vetting Consultant for Mair Industrial Park Infrastructure

Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company (PEZDMC) invites sealed bids to hire a 3rd-party vetting consultant for infrastructure development works at Mair Industrial Park (M-9/N-5 Link Road). Eligible consultants must hold a valid PEC license and FBR & SRB registration, and have prior experience in industrial parks, SEZs, industrial estates or housing societies.

RFPs are available from the PEZDMC Secretariat from 09 July 2026 on submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable RFP fee by pay order (Rs.10,000) in favour of Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd, with production of valid PEC, FBR & SRB certificates. Sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered to PEZDMC Secretariat, Plot No.179, Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, Sector D, Phase-VIII DHA, Karachi by 14:00 on 23 July 2026; technical bids will be opened at 14:30 the same day. Financial bids will be called only from technically qualified bidders.
