How to apply and key conditions:
- Bidding documents must be submitted to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib by 29-10-2026 before 11:00 AM.
- The successful bidder must deposit the first-year lease amount in advance into Government Treasury within three (03) days and will be responsible for all applicable taxes. If the 1st successful bidder fails to deposit the amount, the second highest bidder may be considered.
- The car/motorcycle/bicycle parking stand possession will be handed over to the first-placed bidder after payment of dues and completion of formalities. Existing occupant must vacate within 15 days of notice to the successful bidder.
- Bidding documents and other conditions are available from the Procurement Officer upon submission of the tender fee. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website: https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk/.
