Purpose: Corrigendum/Addendum for pre-qualification of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Units, Marketing Authorization Holders/Importers/Indenters (Sole Agents) and Authorized Distributors for purchase of drugs/medicines for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable).
Amendments: Mandatory clauses of the bidding documents have been amended. Corrections were made to the knockdown criteria for Marketing Authorization Holder/Importer/Indenter (Sole Agents) under Clause 5, and for Authorized Distributors (Drugs/Medicines) under Clauses 3, 4 and 5.
Applicability and access: The corrected criteria have been uploaded to EPADS and apply also to firms that previously downloaded the tender documents from EPADS.
Other terms: The bid opening date, time and venue, and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
