Eligibility and requirements: presence on the Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted or debarred by any procuring agency of Pakistan; registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and a turnover of at least 336,000,000 PKR in three subsequent previous years demonstrating financial capacity. CDR, Green Chalan and BPFRA chalan paid must be attached. Submit a Rs.100 stamp affidavit attested by a Notary Public with TSE number and work title confirming bid information; submit a Rs.100 stamp Power of Attorney attested by a Notary Public with TSE number and work title authorizing the person (with name & CNIC) to submit the bid.
Submission and documents: NIT and bidding document can be obtained electronically from the supplier portal (www.spora.gob.pk). Complete bidding document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard. Bids must accompany the prescribed bid security.
Key dates: Last date for electronic bid submission — 2026-10-29 by 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-30. Financial bids are tentatively scheduled to be opened on 2026-11-04 at 11:00 AM.
