A leading Hospitality Management Group with a diversified mixed‑use portfolio is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results‑oriented General Manager to lead overall hospitality operations and to spearhead the pre‑opening and successful launch of a new hospitality property.

Position	General Manager — Hospitality (Pre‑opening)
Issuer	Leading Hospitality Management Group with a diversified mixed‑use portfolio
Education & Qualification	Master's in Management Sciences or equivalent
Experience & Requirements	Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry At least 5 years' experience as a General Manager of a hotel or hospitality property Proven track record in pre‑opening, opening and successful operationalization of new hotel properties Strong leadership capabilities with expertise in operations, financial management, commercial strategy, business development and managing multidisciplinary teams Experience developing and implementing SOPs, operational strategies, service standards and quality assurance frameworks Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, sales, marketing and business development Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with ownership, senior management, consultants, vendors and other key stakeholders
