The Special Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court, Mastung, has issued a public summons in ATC Case No. 15/2026 (FIR No. 28/2026) for offences under the Anti-Terrorism Act, sections 7(1)(b), 7(1)(c) and 7(1)(d).
Named accused — Safeer Ahmad alias Deker Balochi (son of Abdul Ali), resident of Kurdgap, Mastung, and Commander Bashir Zeb alias Comrade Bashir (son of Dr. Abdullah Jan), resident Ahmedwal, Noshki — are directed to appear before the Anti-Terrorism Court, Mastung, on 23 July 2026.
