Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle issues notice regarding proposed transfer/mutation of leasehold rights in Plot No. 68-A (Survey No. 27/68-A), Peshawar Cantt. The plot is held on lease under Sch IX-A of CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Mrs. Shaeen Akhtar according to office record.
Muhammad Siddiq Afridi & others submitted an application dated 23/09/2026 along with a Letter of Administration dated 17/08/2026 issued by NADRA stating that lessee Shacen Akhtar passed away on 31/03/2026 and requesting transfer of the deceased's share by way of inheritance in favour of the legal heirs listed below.
