| Key eligibility | Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized institution; minimum 15 years of progressive experience in hospitality, hotel management, business administration or related commercial operations, including at least 5 years as General Manager/Hotel Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership; demonstrated experience in commercially oriented hotel operations; airport, transit, high‑volume F&B or comparable hospitality experience preferred; age 40–55 years on closing date (upper age relaxation may be considered in accordance with applicable policy); must satisfy fit‑and‑proper requirements under Section 16 read with Schedule IV of the State‑Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. |
| Main responsibilities | Provide overall strategic and operational leadership; deliver approved business objectives and performance targets; oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, banqueting, engineering, utilities, security and guest services; drive occupancy, revenue, market share, profitability and service excellence; ensure asset stewardship, operational risk management, internal controls, safety and regulatory compliance; maintain engagement with PIAHCL, Board/management, regulators, owners, business partners and other stakeholders. |
