RFI: Supply of Furniture for ECCE Classrooms — District Attock

Issuer: District Coordination Committee (DCC) / Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Attock. Purpose: Request for Information (RFI) from eligible manufacturers, suppliers and vendors to submit company information and furniture samples for supply of furniture to Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) classrooms in 94 public schools of District Attock.

Suppliers who meet the mandatory criteria must submit company information on official letterhead along with samples of each item category by the deadline below.

Mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Evidence of successful completion of at least two furniture supply contracts of Rs. 10 million each (or above) to public offices or public institutions within the last three (3) years, supported by work awards and completion certificates.
• Submission of samples for each item category (chair, table, learning corner shelves, library corner shelves, notice board, white board) for inspection and quality verification against specifications.

Documents required with submission:

• Duly filled supplier information form (Annexure‑I).
• Documentary proof of experience (work awards and completion certificates).
• Valid NTN/STRN certificates and business registration documents.

Submission instructions and process:

• Address submissions to: Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Attock.
• All submissions must be on the supplier’s official company letterhead, signed and stamped.
• Submitted samples will be inspected for quality, safety, durability and specification compliance. Suppliers meeting mandatory criteria will be declared eligible and included in the district’s ECCE furniture supplier list to be shared with School Management Councils (SMCs).
• Successful suppliers must deliver furniture to designated warehouses for inspection; after acceptance, the firm will deliver and hand over furniture to the respective schools.
• Payment will be released by the concerned School Management Council (SMC) only after successful delivery, installation and physical verification of supplied furniture. Prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes, duties, transportation, handling and incidental charges.

Additional notes: Partial submissions covering only some items will not be accepted; suppliers must offer a complete package covering all listed furniture items in a single response.
