The Women University, Multan invites e-procurement bids (Tender #01/2026-27) from registered firms, dealers and general order suppliers with relevant tax registration and established technical, financial and managerial credentials for supply of stationery and general store items.

Submission deadline: 2026-11-12 by 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM by the Central Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Other conditions: Bid security must be submitted through PSID/online banking as prescribed under PPRA rules. Bids shall be valid for 90 days from opening. Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure will be adopted. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. If the closing/opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply; time and venue remain the same.
