Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab invites e-bids for the procurement and supply of Portable Veterinary Ultrasound, Mastitis Detector and Metal Detector with Camera for Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries under the ADP Scheme "CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries" (ADP No.2590) for the year 2026-27. The project estimated cost is PKR 91.20 million. A Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).
Bidding documents containing terms & conditions, specifications, technical and financial proposal formats can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders may quote for one, more than one, or all items; contracts will be awarded item-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bid for each item.
Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be deposited in the Bank of Punjab against a PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated through the e-Procurement System. The scanned copy of the deposit receipt / paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal on the e-Procurement System before bid submission.
