University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore — Faisalabad Campus invites sealed Technical and Financial bids through Punjab E‑Tendering (E‑Procurement) from pre‑qualified firms/contractors for the solarization of the UET Faisalabad Campus.
Pre‑qualification and single‑stage, two‑envelope bidding will be conducted under PPRA rules. Pre‑qualified bidders must also submit bid security electronically equal to 2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 42.000 million. The successful bidder will be responsible for designing, financing, operating and installing the solar system under a Build, Operate, Lease and Transfer (BOLT) model with a Hire Purchase Agreement (HPA) arrangement for a tenure of 15 years.
