• Bidders must upload a signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper as per the procurement requirements.

• Bid validity: 120 days. The response time is calculated from 2026-10-23 (date of publication on the PPRA website). In case of any official holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
