Directorate of Property & Land, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites electronic single stage two envelope e-bids from interested firms/companies, individual/individual companies, sole proprietorship, partnership firms, company (Private Limited), company (Public Limited) for disposal/lease of Railways land for Fuel Station/Modern Retail Complex (fuel station, service station, ATM, mart/truck shop, car wash, oil change, tyre shop/workshop facilities, pharmacy, food chain) on active taxpayer list. Period of lease: 21 years (non-extendable). Premium: one-time non-refundable fixed premium. Annual increase in rent: 10% compound. Mobilization period: six (06) months from the date of possession.
