Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Pindi Gheb, Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers for supply/procurement of medical items for financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).

How to apply/submit bids: Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA eProcurement). Bidding documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System online portal. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System online portal on or before 04-11-2026 by 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened on 04-11-2026 at 11:30 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Each package requires a separate bidding submission.
Bid security & delivery: Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bid documents uploaded to the e-Procurement portal must also be delivered to the procuring office as specified in the tender documents.
Other conditions: Taxes will be applicable as per government rules. Registered bidders must provide required registration documents and tax certificates as per PPRA/e-Procurement instructions. For further information contact the Medical Superintendent.
