A Government Organization invites applications for the post of Software Engineer on contract basis. Candidates must meet the qualification, experience and age requirements listed below.

Position Posts Qualification Maximum Age Required Experience & Skills
Software Engineer 1 BSc / BE (Software) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university 50 years
  • Cloud infrastructure and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on exposure to virtualization and hypervisors such as KVM
  • Understanding of VMs: resource allocation, provisioning, snapshots and VM troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments
  • Familiarity with deployment, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Approx. 2 years' relevant experience

How to apply: Submit applications with attested copies of academic degrees/certificates, domicile, CNIC and photographs (two passport-size and two thumb-size) to Post Box No. 95, GPO Rawalpindi. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and interview. No TA/DA will be paid. Medical/Health Insurance (IPD) as per organization policy.
