Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity; minimum turnover of 71,900,500 PKR in the previous three years; presence on Active Tax Payers List and Sales Tax registration; must not be blacklisted. Required submission documents include bid security, bidding document fee, power of attorney for lead member (for consortiums), company identification, registration with FSC&RD, affidavit of correctness, literature/brochures, and other standard bidding documents.
