Essential qualifications and experience: Professional accounting qualification such as CA / ACCA / ACMA with relevant senior financial management experience. Candidates with recognized professional memberships and substantial experience in university finance, budgeting, auditing and financial reporting are preferred.
Responsibilities and requirements include financial management of the university, budget preparation and control, implementation of financial rules and regulations, liaison on audit matters, and familiarity with ERP and higher education financial procedures.
