Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before the bid closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time.
In terms of Rule 65 of Public Procurement Rules, 2026, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0.
