Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on Single Stage – Two Envelope basis for the architectural illumination of multiple federal buildings on Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, including the Election Commission, Federal Constitutional Court, Federal Ombudsman, Attorney General's Office, COMSTECH, Kohsar Block, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Islamabad High Court.
Eligible contractors/firms registered with PPRA and EPADS v2.0 must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license (Category-4 with specific codes EE-04 & EE-06), a valid Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical & mechanical works in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and NTN & GST registration with FBR. Bidders must follow the evaluation criteria stated in the bidding documents.
