The Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited (KCBL) invites sealed bids from reputable IT companies/firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for the establishment of a Tier‑III / Rated‑3 data center at the KCBL Head Office, Gilgit.

Submission requirements and key conditions:
- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes; envelopes must be clearly marked and submitted to the Office of Manager Infrastructure / Project Manager (Data Center), IT Department, KCBL Head Office, Gilgit.
- Valid NTN / GST registration certificates are mandatory. Firms registered in Gilgit‑Baltistan are exempt from income/GST taxes as noted.
- Bidders must be authorized/reputed OEMs or supply equipment with OEM partnership certificates; supplied equipment must be new, authorized, and covered by OEM warranty (one year). Equipment procured through legal channels only.
- Evaluation will follow Quality and Cost‑Based Selection (QCBS) with 70% weightage for technical proposal and 30% for financial proposal. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and remain valid for 60 days.
- Joint ventures, consortiums, subletting or similar arrangements are not allowed. Blacklisted firms or those with conflict of interest will be disqualified.
- Tender documents and detailed RFP (including terms, conditions and required documents) can be obtained from KCBL Head Office during office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM) upon payment of the tender fee. Documents may also be downloaded from www.kcb.com.pk and relevant newspapers.
